We collated the data from our staff conversations around these three questions:

• What do we want for our students?
• What do our students need to succeed now and in the future?
• What are we working on together?

The format of the feedback is a wordle which makes words that are mentioned more, bigger and those mentioned rarely, smaller. The photos below show the staff perspective.
