Please see attached. ●  Admin now has access to the Gilmore school Website so are trying to update the calendar and all other items as much as possible. ●  Holiday Singing at Lansdown will be on Thursday, December 12. ●  Holiday Wish will be happening again this year. This is an initiative driven by Gilmore school to help raise funds to be used for less fortunate families in the Gilmore community. Activities include a coin drive, bake sale at the school concert, etc. ●  Gilmore looking for a noon hour supervisor – suggest to put a call out on Facebook, Twitter, via email, etc. ●  Gilmore looking for a Basketball coach – again, suggest to put a call out on Facebook, Twitter, email, etc. Chair Report: ●  Looking into Bollywood activity for students in the spring ●  We have had some parents mention that the Week at a Glance (WAG) email is sometimes not enough notice for schedule planning. Is it possible to have a calendar sent out as well. Treasurer's Report: ● Nothing to report RDPA: ●  Changes to school catchment boundaries are being set and will be complete by September 2020. Please go to RDPA website for more information. ●  “Screenagers” - movie made for highschool students and is focused on a specific topic each year. Topics may include Vaping or screen time. Movie will be presented in January at Richmond High School. Please visit RDPA website for more information. Fundraising: ●  Online Silent Auction is currently running - ends November 25 at 5pm. So far it is going well. Requested school to send out a separate email reminder to parents as well as post on Twitter. ●  Eva & Roseanne to strongly encourage winning bidders to pay by cash or cheque to avoid transaction fees. But of course, credit card/PayPal payments will be accepted. Food Days: ●  Next Hot lunch is Friday, December 13. ●  Tara has stepped down, we are looking for 2 new people to take this on as coordinators.
